This product is handcrafted on request. Minimum time taken is 3 weeks so please keep this in mind when you place an order. Each product involves at least 5-6 processes which need a different artisan for each process.

The price shown for all pre order products is indicative only, once the design is ready the prices may go up as silver prices keep fluctuating and the weight of the design may also change. Since our products are handcrafted these changes are beyond our control.

To pre-order, please pay a booking amount of Rs 500 by clicking on the correct box . Once product is ready we will contact you and once full payment is recieved product will be despatched. Please mention the correct product variant you want in order notes at checkout.

Is your Jewellery made of Pure Silver?

Yes, we craft the finest Pure Handmade Silver Jewellery with Sterling Silver (where the purity is 92.5% and this is the maximum possible purity that can be attained while making silver ornaments). All our jewellery pieces are stamped with the 92.5 mark to attest to their purity. You also get a KO Gaurantee Card along with your order.

What is your returns/exchanges policy?

We offer a 7 day no questions asked return & exchange policy at KO. We offer only store credit for returns , we do not offer cash refund (all sales are final). Custom-made products, Products bought during a sale, International Orders, Silver articles/coins are not eligible for return or exchange. see details here

Do you have cash on delivery(COD)?

No we do not offer COD.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do, Shipping is Free for orders above Rs 30000.Our international shipping rate is Rs.3000/- for all orders below Rs 30000 this is applied automatically at check out.

What Payment options are available for International Orders?

Please note we accept payment in Indian rupees only via Indian Credit/Debit Cards or transfers from Indian Bank accounts. We do not accept international cards; transfers from international bank accounts; Paypal ,WESTERN UNION , XOOM , Remitly, Transferwise etc. See details here.

Do you give any guarantees or certificates with the Jewellery?

Yes we offer guarantee towards purity of silver used in the ornament. Each piece of our jewellery is individually stamped with the 92.5 mark, guaranteeing that it is sterling silver. You also get KO Gaurantee Card along with your order.
Certain products may contain slightly less than 92.5% purity of silver , 85 or 70 per cent - and this is specifically mentioned in the product description, these products do not have the 92.5 mark on them.

How long does gold-plating on the jewellery last?

The brightness of the gold finish on gold plated jewellery depends on a number of factors like usage, weather conditions ( humid weather dulls gold finish faster) and appropriate storage. We advise you to use gold dipped pieces occasionally and completely dry them of sweat / moisture ; along with storage in air tight plastic covers.

Is there any colour gaurantee for gold-plated silver jewellery?

We do not provide any gaurantee for the gold plating on the jewellery. Our gaurantee is only for the purity of metal used in the jewellery which is 92.5% Sterling Silver.

Can I request for real images/video of the designs I like or a live video consultation ?

Yes Definitely, we are always willing to assist you in case you want to see more pictures of the product. In case you want to see live pictures message us (via whatspp on 9113951814 you can do this by clicking on the whatspp icon on the Chat button) mentioning the name of the product you want to see. We will share the pictures provided the piece is in stock.
Allow us a few hours time to respond to such requests as we may need time to locate the piece or sometimes may not be able to reply immediately . However we will get back to you within 24 hrs with the details. We are available Monday to Saturday (10 AM - 6 PM) IST.

Where is KO Jewellery located and where can we experience your jewellery designs in person?

We are located in Bangalore .Our physical store is located in South Bangalore (JP Nagar) . Come over, try on the jewellery and avail additional services like small customizations and exchange of silver. Click here to see store locations .Store is open ALL DAYS 10 AM-8 PM

Do you exchange old silver?

Only in our retail store in Bangalore (JP Nagar) and provided total weight is above 50 gms. We check the purity of silver in the product and offer an exchange value based on that. You can buy any other jewellery worth that amount, however we do not buy old silver and pay cash.
You can exchange your old silver for any new piece of jewellery at our store.

Will you create an ornament with our design for us?

Yes it is possible, depending on the style and manufacturing processes involved. If you have a certain design in mind, please send the picture by email care@thekojewelleryshop.com or whatsapp us on +91-9113951814.
We will check if it can be crafted at our workshop and revert. As for cost estimate we can at best give an approximate cost as final cost depends on the weight of the ready product which is known only once the design is ready.
