FAQs

You can customize our jewellery off-the-shelf. This means, any design that you see in our stores (online or physical) can be redesigned or modified by our silversmiths in our workshop to suit your taste and requirement. For example, you can modify the size, colour or quality of stones; the length of a necklace or the size of a bangle; or, change the finishing of the jewellery from oxidised to gold-plated or vice-versa.

Note that we do not make copies of designs offered by other jewellery brands.

Yes, if you have a design in mind, please do share it with us by email. Depending on the style of jewellery and the manufacturing process involved, we will let you know at the earliest whether we can craft the exact piece for you or not.

You can also choose a design from the Pre-Order section of our website. These pieces are currently not in stock but can be handcrafted for you on order (minimum time taken is 3 weeks). A token payment of Rs 500 must be made in advance, once the piece is ready we will inform you and after the balance payment is remitted the ready piece will be shipped to you.

It takes us a minimum of one week to make minor changes in existing pieces of jewellery. For example, if you want us to replace the stones in a piece with pearls or shorten the length of an existing necklace, we would take a minimum of seven days to customise the piece for you.

To craft an entirely new piece, it would take a minimum of 3 weeks, as our entire jewellery range is handcrafted so please keep this in mind when you place an order. Each product involves at least 5-6 processes which need a different artisan for each process.To learn more about the process behind crafting your jewellery, have a look at our blog, here.

We hand craft your order with love and passion and allow you to customise according to your requirements. This means making a new piece from scratch. Since our products are all handcrafted and there are several processes involved right from making the basic structure to stone setting, and gold-plating/ oxidisation and hanging pearls etc making these pieces to your specification will take us upto 3 weeks (depending on the piece), after which they will be shipped out to you. So if you have ordered for a custom made piece please be patient and we promise that the jewellery will make up for the wait once it gets to you!

Yes the price may or may not change. The price shown for all pre order products is indicative only, once the design is ready the prices may go up as silver prices keep fluctuating and the weight of the design may also change.

Since our products are handcrafted these changes are beyond our control but we will keep the process transparent. We will share the weight of the product with you once it is ready.
